Dreams have come true for Kimberly Anne Conway, who is a multi-genre author writing where the stories in her head take her. From heartfelt nonfiction to historical fiction to thrillers, come celebrate an author who follows the muse, not the market!

ABOUT THE BOOKS

My Journey to Somewhere chronicles Kimberly’s journey with fear, anxiety, and depression while giving hope to those who travel similar paths. You can find copies of her book in our self-care corner for that very reason.

This memoir chronicles the author’s journey to stepping into their dream of becoming a published writer. She started writing a novel and this book presented itself as a parallel story. Setbacks, depression, anxiety, and fear, and how each affects everyday life. It took a trip back to the beginning for her to piece together an understanding of why she does some of the things she does. Conway hopes that her story will open up the conversation about mental illness and show people living with mental illness that they are not alone. She also seeks to impart to those who love someone with mental illness some understanding or awareness.

Making Russian Dolls is her historical fiction debut that covers Russian intelligence and athletes who have one goal: Domination.

As a girl, Maya Orlova dreamed of working for Cheka-Russia's secret police and intelligence service. Physically, she was considered unsuitable for government service. However, she possessed a special gift that earned her a place in the Russian government... and immersed in espionage.

Dmitry Kurchin's love of sports and duty to country were the perfect combination. Traveling throughout Europe, with an entourage of Russian athletes and agents, he carefully developed intricate intelligence networks.

Finding themselves in Miami, Florida, when WWII broke out, Maya and Dmitry laid plans to embed agents deep inside the United States.

One day, the United States would belong to the Soviet Union.
