ABOUT THE BOOK
Secrets of the Titans presents a vision of the future, combining themes of corporate legacy, space exploration, and emerging technology. In the late 22nd century, the story follows the McIntyre family, a powerful dynasty whose business empire has evolved over generations into a global leader in innovation, industry, and space exploration.
The narrative centers on Gavin McIntyre, newly appointed CEO of McIntyre Industries following the unexpected death of his father. As the seventh generation in a line of visionary industrialists, Gavin inherits more than a title. He faces the burden of legacy, the complexities of modern corporate leadership, and unresolved mysteries from the family's past.
A pivotal moment in the novel unfolds with the mysterious malfunction of the Cassini 3 spacecraft near Saturn's moon Titan. This event poses a significant threat to vast scientific data and raises suspicions of hidden motives within McIntyre Industries. As Gavin McIntyre inherits the reins of a powerful corporate dynasty, he grapples with personal uncertainty, a lack of an heir, and the pressure to uphold a legacy built on breakthroughs in aerospace, energy, and advanced technology.
Grounded in real scientific possibilities, the story envisions a future shaped by innovations like smart infrastructure and space exploration, while exploring the weight of leadership, ambition, and buried family secrets.
The story also explores the dynamics of loyalty and tradition as Gavin reconnects with his childhood friend, Franklin Meriwether, now the estate manager, and encounters Jolene Chaney, a figure from his past who unexpectedly reenters his life. These relationships highlight the tension between duty and desire, heritage and individual freedom.
Rather than presenting a dystopian or utopian future, the novel offers a nuanced exploration of progress, ambition, and the ethical implications of leadership in a rapidly evolving world.
Secrets of the Titans is available now at major retailers in paperback and digital formats.
